Custom orders or workshop materials may take longer; timelines will be communicated.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
We ship via USPS / UPS , with tracking numbers provided when available.
Domestic delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after processing.
International delivery times vary and may take 2–6 weeks, depending on destination and customs.
3. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.
4. Digital Products
Digital downloads are available immediately after purchase via a secure link or email.
No physical product will be shipped for digital items.
5. Lost or Damaged Items
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days with photos, and we’ll do our best to assist.
